About Pilot Printing

Pilot Printing is part of iCatholic Media and the Pilot Media Group, under the umbrella of The CatholicTV Networka family of Catholic media ministries dedicated to strengthening the Church’s mission through communication, formation, and evangelization.

Together, these ministries include The Pilot, America’s oldest Catholic newspaper; Pilot Bulletins, a trusted parish communication resource; and Pilot Printing, a full-service Catholic printing ministry serving parishes, dioceses, ministries, and Catholic organizations.

Pilot Printing exists for one purpose: to help the Catholic Church communicate the Gospel.

What began as a small ministry serving the needs of several local parishes has grown into a trusted Catholic printing partner with a reach that extends throughout the United States.

Today, Pilot Printing produces a wide range of evangelization resources, including prayer cards, Christmas cards, customized Catholic calendars, devotional materials, banners, postcards, and other printed materials that help Catholic communities share their faith.

In 2010, iCatholic Media and the Pilot Media Group expanded their service to parishes through the merger with Parish Communications Solutions, Inc., a Catholic bulletin and printing ministry founded in 2000.

The story of Parish Communications Solutions began in a Cursillo community, where two men shared a vision for helping parishes communicate the Gospel in a more engaging and meaningful way. They recognized that the parish bulletin could be more than a weekly announcement sheet — it could become a tool for evangelization.

Together, they developed full-color, dynamic bulletin covers that changed weekly to reflect the Sunday Gospel, parish celebrations, and the life of the Catholic community. What started as a simple idea to better serve parishes became the foundation of a ministry that continues today through Pilot Bulletins and Pilot Printing — bringing together parish communication and Catholic evangelization resources under one mission.

Today, Pilot Bulletins serves a broad and growing network of parishes throughout the Northeast, Midwest, and beyond, helping Catholic communities communicate with their parishioners each week.

Alongside that growth, Pilot Printing has expanded its ability to serve Catholic organizations across the country with the same commitment to quality, reliability, and mission-driven service.

But Pilot Printing is about more than ink on paper. Every project we produce is an opportunity to support the Church’s mission — helping parishes welcome and engage their communities, promoting Catholic events, sharing the beauty of the faith, and placing meaningful resources into the hands of the faithful.

From The Pilot sharing the news of the Catholic Church, to Pilot Bulletins connecting parish communities each week, to Pilot Printing creating tangible resources for evangelization, each ministry serves the same mission: helping the Church share the Gospel.

With roots stretching back nearly two centuries, the Pilot Media Group continues a proud tradition of Catholic communication. We are honored to serve the Church by combining experience, creativity, and a deep understanding of the communities we are privileged to support.
